Susan regularly participates in professional development in order to improve her skills and offer a better learning experience for the children. She provides hands-on activities, as well as games and art activities which will teach the students to become independent thinkers and learn to advocate for themselves.

"Susan, I just wanted to thank you and your wonderful assistants for such a fabulous workshop yesterday. Our staff raved about all the great ideas they came away with. I can’t tell you enough how pleased we are that we have found you and your much-needed and appreciated pool of resources. Thank you for the careful, thoughtful time and attention you obviously put into preparing the workshop for us and for the worthwhile and interesting dialogue you fostered. It was a very valuable experience for us all." (November, 2013)
